Seamlessly integrated with 32 advanced 6 PL Konica Minolta Print heads and a new design, it sets up a new benchmark for clarity and precision in eco-friendly digital textile printing. The Earth 32i's polymerization process at 160 degrees after printing ensures excellent colour fastness, and enduring print quality. What makes the performance unsurpassable is brilliance in print quality and maintaining exceptional production capacity of up to 2500 linear meters per day.

Increased Sharpness with Superfine Nano Nozzles

Improved Safety Standards Optimised
In addition to the four emergency safety switches, safety rope sensor has been added to provide enhanced safety during operations. Safety rope emergency staff switch added in the fabric feeding zone to provide additional safety during operations. In addition to the 4 emergency switches. Eye bolts facilitate machine lifting via hoist.
Optimized Fabric Feeding Process
A new array of rollers will ensure wrinkle free feeding with proper fabric tension across the width of the fabric. Three adjustable gear mechanism are provided to manoeuver fabric tension during feeding through spreader, banana, tensioner rollers. A new Osci+TM precise spiral spreader rotator can be provided as an option to print hosiery.
Variable Drop Printing Option
Multidrop to Variable drop printing option help is achieving more accurate colour tones along with smoother colour Gradiance.
New Ergonomic Designs for Ease of Use and Maintenance
The Earth 32i is built with all new ergonomic design cabinet that has the maximum accessibility to all critical components for the easy maintenance and cleaning. It is relatively heavier and robust in nature. All components are placed appropriately to provide better user experience. Machine handling during loading, unloading & installation made highly flexible with accessibility to both fork lift and hoist.
