This Vinyl Printer Machine has a 3 zone media path heating for better ink absorption and precise print quality. The vacuum bed of this Vinyl Printing Machine ensures consistent print quality & low wastage and keeps media flat & wrinkle free to avoid head strike with the media. The take up and feed system offers easy media loading, for high productivity, and unattended long print operations. The print head has 8 channels comprising 180 nozzles each that are capable of firing 7 different dot sizes. The capping station of this Vinyl Printer prevents drying of print head when printer is not in use for a long time. It helps in avoiding dust and performs automatic one-touch cleaning of print head, when needed. The automatic wiping system of this Vinyl Sticker Printing Machine wipes excess ink and dust from the print head surface. The Proprietary Synchronized RIP driver of this Reflective Vinyl Printer enables faster file processing for greater time saving and increased productivity.
